Create a paper alebrije coyote to end Hispanic Heritage Month! Each packet includes a paper coyote, gel pens, a glue stick, and scrap paper. Craft colors vary. Available on the second floor while supplies last!
Alebrijes are bright, colorful sculptures of fantasy-inspired animals. Originally created by Mexican artist Pedro Linares in the 1930s, these beautiful pieces of folk art have only grown in popularity. The simple cardstock paper versions included in this grab-and-go are easy to make and enjoy!
