Event Details

Join us for this multisensory mindfulness experience where we explore our senses to increase our mindfulness. We'll be using smell, taste, touch, and sound to get out of our heads and to get into our bodies without stress or the many thoughts that dominate our day. Learning this practice will help improve your sense of peace and support. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes.
