Event Details
Westchester has an abundance of older homes, particularly those built between the 1880s and 1930s, and then again post-WWII. Whether it has origins in the 18th or a mid-century dazzler, your house has its own unique history. This workshop will walk you through the steps of researching your family house with tips about using online and in-person resources at the Westchester County Historical Society and the County Archives to discover when your house was constructed and who has lived in it.
Researching Your Westchester House will be held over Zoom. Click here to join the program.
This program is co-sponsored by Crestwood Historical Society and Yonkers Historical Society.
