Event Details
Join Crestwood Historical Society at 10:30am for their Annual Business Meeting where they will let you know about their activities over the past year and give you a sneak peek at what they've got in store for 2024.
Immediately following the annual meeting, they will present A Sanctuary on Troublesome Brook, featuring their own Vice President Conrad Youngren and President Karen Frederick. The lovely and serene grounds of St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary have long been an attractive facet of Crestwood. But the importance and impact of that parcel of land actually began over 150 years ago, deep underground. Conrad will relate the development of the local water supply, and Karen will fill us in on the precursor to the seminary, St. Eleanora’s Home.
It all happens at beautiful Crestwood Library, and as always, we invite those who can't join us in person to tune in via Zoom starting at 10:30 a.m.:
