Event Details
Online fitness class facilitated by local yoga teacher Shannon Reilly. Yin is a slower, mindful yoga practice in which we address the connective tissue in our bodies. Through long, slow, deep movements we allow our bodies to stretch appropriately so that we can remain functional and smooth in our bodies. Through this practice you'll tune into what you are experiencing and feeling and be encouraged to play with your current range of motion.
Please have a blanket and blocks (or pillows) to support your practice.
