Please join us for an introduction to mindfulness. Rarely do we make good decisions when we act from a place of fear. Practicing mindfulness through breathing, chair yoga and Yoga Nidra can help to shift into a place of love.
Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong consists of gentle stretching exercises that incorporate the mind and the body. It has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress. Led by Jian-Yang Rong.

This 5-week class on Zoom will cover basic ukulele skills, including strumming, chords, finger picking, and reading melodies. You should be able to attend all 5 sessions. Class taught by an experienced professional.
