Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress, increase wellness, and bring better focus to help people become more centered and better balanced. 

Every Monday Ridikkuluz, the artist in residence, will be painting new works in the gallery and teaching painting workshops to visitors. No previous painting or art experience is necessary. It's all about the fun of creativity. Drop in!
