Join us for Summer Break Art Camp 2024: Art Inspires Adventure and bring your inner artist. Create dazzling artwork under the guidance of Yonkers artist and resident, Eddie Grigg. For Ages 7 -12.

Our Sensory Room is on the road! Enjoy equipment typically only available in the Sensory Room for an hour of free play in The Cove. Plus, some additional puzzles and toys will be available to try!

Children can read to Cooper the Therapy Dog in person.   

Recommended for ages 5 to 10.

This program is located in the Main Children's Room

Each child gets 10 minutes to read so please register in advance.

Grab & Go Summer Meals are being distributed in the Atrium Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm while supplies last.

Register separately for each topic you are interested in. The student will attend all 4 sessions during the week. No prior skills required for each workshop.

Build something with the Library's legos and put it on display! No registration.

Join us on Harry Potter's Birthday to celebrate this beloved chapter book series with some magic and wizardry. 

Come dressed as your favourite book character and meet a new one! Anne John-Ligali will present her popular British book series with a reading, crafts, and more surprises! for ages 6 and up. No registration.

Make friends and play chess! For children who know how to play chess. Chess sets available! No registration.

There will be no Chess Club on Wednesday, June 19.

of symposiums, master classes, and panels led by credible
messengers; with each addressing the pillars of mind, body, and soul.

It's National Coloring Book Day! To celebrate, we're hosting a special session of relaxing coloring with crayons and colored pencils. Plus, take a mini coloring book home! Materials available while supplies last.
