Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress, increase wellness, and bring better focus to help people become more centered and better balanced. 

A Japanese Zen garden is traditionally a rock garden made up of just rocks and sand, although plants may be used. Patterns are made in the sand to represent rippling water.

Annual Meeting

Bob Abate will talk about his veterans' oral history project with World War Two veterans. He will describe their experiences during World War Two and why they are referred to as the "Greatest Generation."
