I understand that the following items may be created from any materials that I share: an audio recording; an edited transcript and summary; edited audio clips; edited video clips; edited screenshot(s) of any videos; and social media and marketing posts. Consent must be signed by parent or legal guardian of any participants under the age of eighteen.

I understand that I do not transfer Intellectual Property Rights but give permission to YPL to make Fair Use copies for users of the material for scholarship and research purposes. YPL’s right to make copies shall include the right to digitize and provide access to the material via the Internet or other forms of electronic distribution.
I understand that my interview, photographs, and other items listed may be distributed to the public for educational purposes, including formats such as print, public programming and the Internet. Further, I agree to hold the Yonkers Public Library, its affiliates and branches harmless against any claim, action, loss, damaged or alleged infringement of copyright, trademark, or other third party property rights, caused by or arising from the publication, exhibition or telecast of my interview, audio recordings, photograph or copy of my personal documents furnished to the Yonkers Public Library. I understand that I shall receive no compensation for the material that I share.
I understand that the Yonkers Public Library may remove these materials from its collection in the future. I will keep my own copies of any files or materials I donate in the case that YPL is no longer able to archive or display my materials in the future.
