Arms Acres & Conifer Park Community Outreach/Regional Services team are here to help you, your loved one, client or patient learn about substance-use disorder treatment options.

Arms Acres & Conifer Park provide Inpatient and Outpatient services to those impacted by alcohol and/or substance use disorder.  

Our Inpatient and Outpatient programs help men; women and adolescents address their substance use disorder while also providing psychoeducation and supportive counseling to their family members.

As members of the Community Outreach/Regional Services team, we are here to guide and support you, your loved ones, client or patient. We will guide you step-by-step through the intake and admission process and help you connect with treatment at both Inpatient and Outpatient

Our team consist of various clinicians including Master’s level Social Workers, (Advanced) Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors and Licencsed Mental Health Counselors. We are all dedicated and passionate about the work we do and are committed to helping others.

The team works throughout the state of New York including the 5 boroughs of New York City, Long Island and the 7 counties of Mid-Hudson Valley region.  

As Community Outreach/Regional Services staff, we have relationships with a wide variety of providers including substance use and mental health providers, health home care management, probation, parole and others and can help you navigate the variety of systems to ensure you, your loved one, client or patient get the help they need to recover.
