This week (June 17-23) is National Pollinator Week! To support our agriculture and local ecosystems, this week encourages us to get to know the small creatures who help our crops grow.

April 15 is National Anime Day, a celebration of the widely popular Japanese-animated TV shows and movies that have grown in popularity around the world.  

At Yonkers Public Library, we know that everyone has varying needs, in public spaces and in their private lives.

April is National Arab American Heritage Month. During this month, the culture and heritage of Arab Americans is celebrated. It is also a time to pay tribute to the contributions of Arab Americans to this nation.
